Return & Refund
1. General Return Policy
At Lourey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@lourey.com to request a return authorization.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Pack your item(s) securely and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@lourey.store. We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the original item(s). You will receive a new tracking number once the exchange has been shipped.
6. Returns Due to Wrong Sizes
If you receive an item in the wrong size, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team at support@lourey.store within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning the item. Once we receive the item, we will send the correct size at no additional cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made items
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@lourey.store. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
9. Return Shipping Costs
- For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to wrong sizes or defective items, Lourey will cover the return shipping costs.
